HOW MY SERVICES WORK
Step 1: Trip Submission Form
The first step to working with me is to fill out my Trip Submission Form. This will give me the basic details of what you are looking for on your next trip. Please select Amy Jackson from the travel agent options. Fill out all of the information requested on the form and submit it. Once I have received and reviewed your submission I will reach out to set up a time to schedule a consultation call.
Step 2: Consultation Call
This will be our introduction to each other and we will further discuss your trip wish list. We'll discuss destination, time frame, attendees, budget, and any other information needed to get started on the trip research. This consultation call is completely free!
Step 3: Research and Planning
Based on our consultation call, I will do research on your trip and may give a few different options for you to choose from. This will help me come up with an itinerary and estimated quote cost for your upcoming trip. You will look it over and we will discuss any questions or concerns you may have with it.
Step 4: Booking (To Roam)
Once you make final decisions on your itinerary, and approve invoices, it is time to book! We will use our secure credit card authorization to book your trip. Trips will either have a deposit you can pay initially or pay in full. Once your deposit is paid, your trip is officially on the books!
Step 5: Enjoy Your Trip!
All the planning, payments, and reservations are taken care of! You get to enjoy your vacation! All you have to do now is relax! A day-by-day itinerary will be sent to you (if you chose to purchase one) as well as a text or email checking in with you before you leave and once you arrive.
